Ray, Chief Design Engineer from Martin, demonstrates a flight sequence with the Martin Jetpack (55kg). They are targeting the first ones to be in use Jan 2010. It seems that's not really easy to fly with it.
It's pretty cool, but I think it's too loud and unfortunately too expensive ($100.000).
I already loved Jetpacks since James Bond in Thunderball and Colt Seavers in The Fall Guy.
