The FWA. Wallpaper

Bodycopy:

Today we have been featured on The FWA in the wallpaper section. FWA is the most visited website award program in the history of the internet, with over 50 million visits as of May 2009 and an estimated additional 24 million per year. We are extremely proud that our wallpapers can be a part of this collection of impressive designs.

The creative heads at Syzygy had a vision to reflect all their different styles and the wide spectrum of ideas in just a few wallpapers.

Alex Otto about working on "Build a Favourite Website":

I was up for something new and different from the digital production I’m working on every day. The original idea was to connect the „digital“ with the real, not digital world. There’s about 90% of traditional and 10% of digital art in this work. Due to lots of handwork I was able to accentuate many small details. While creating this piece I just let the steam off. It was fun.
Things I learned while working on the wallpaper? Never work with styrofoam unless you want everything to get messy. You can create amazing things with this stuff but it’s gonna fly around there for weeks.
