Our friends at Syzygy in Hamburg are looking for a Creative Director to head one of the best multidisciplinary design studios in Germany with talented people in a beautiful location in the heart of Hamburg with views over the city. (If this sounds too good to be true, check this out)
You will also get to work with the talented people at Hi-ReS! on a constant basis across a whole range of exciting multi-channel projects. And we will give you cake every day at 4. What’s not to like?
Here’s what we are looking for in you:
You should be a charismatic leader, someone who will inspire a team and is ready to be inspired by them, someone passionate about our digital world in all its facets. You should of course be used to working across multiple projects, in art direction, strategy and most importantly interaction. You have a track record of winning pitches, gaining client confidence as a leader who can manage large-scale cross-channel projects. You possess that rarest sense of them all: common sense. You know to question the status quo, and you know to choose your battles. And most of all, you are looking for a place where great ideas will happen.
The way you will work is in autonomy with minimal management supervision – it’s yours to mold and shape, and we will rely on you to make the studio flourish even more.
