Collaborative art for the BBC
Using a webcam you can control a paint gun to create an real time, collaborative painting.
It's an enticing concept and one we've looked into for clients before and certainly gives the Flash microsite a reason for being in these Twitter days.
But just how enticing is it? It gets around the issues of defamatory content and moderation by only allowing you to splat a blob but by doing that removes any genuine creativity and will suffer over time as being a technical gimmick.
At least the computer monitor suspended by Loctite Super Bonder years back had more of an idea behind it - Users could send short messages that displayed in real time on the monitor giving the ability to contribute something meaningful.
