1943 Disney Org Chart: a thing of infographic beauty

A collegue of mine forwarded this remarkable orga chart to me yesterday and I was amazed about the beauty of this graph. And at the same time I was impressed about the thoughtful comments Jeff Staple spent on it.
The graph reflects the process oriented Disney organisation (from story to film release) which appears rather modern compared to strictly hierachie oriented company structures ("from CEO to intern) - by avoiding silos and hierachies. How should your business be organized?
